      If I could give 0 stars I would. I originally ordered the Arsenal2 via pre order March 29, 2023. As of the 1st of July I had not received my order. So I reached out to customer service. The agent promised an immediate shipment. July came and went. August I had to email them again! Not once from the time I placed my order did I receive from Arsenal an email notifying me of any delayed shipment. In August, more promises to ship my Arsenal. I finally received an email "to confirm my shipment" which was noting more than a sales flyer to get me to by additional products.After many emails back and forth, I sent a reply on 8/26/23 to the agent to cancel my order. 8/28/23 just after 11:00am I received an email saying they were unable to stop my order. At 1:07pm I was given a **** tracking number. I sent a screen shot from the **** website on how to stop a delivery within the postal service with the tracking number provided. I also found a phone number and spoke to **** who said **** would be able to help me and contact me. Neither happened. The response I've been given is I have 90 days to return it if I'm not fully satisfied. I'm telling them I don't want it, to stop the delivery!! I don't want to hope I get my return accepted, I don't want to pay for return shipping!! I DONT WANT THE ARSENAL2 I PREORDERED OVER 5 MONTHS AGO!! If it's been this difficult to cancel my order I can only imagine how difficult it will be to return it. I am beyond angry and frustrated.

      Most men and women are not rude on the Arsenal are not rude but more than others stay alert and need to standby. Same goes for most places and they need to stop being rude, not at this place but maybe concern this place as well. Redstone arsenal, **********, library's, store's, drugstore's, school's, home's, and hotel's. ********** in ******, ** was rude. Most places
