    December 18, 2023 - January 29th 2024 Hired Sveagle Plumbing to diagnose sewage back up at ******************************************. Upon diagnosing the problem, Sveagle determined the backup issues were stemming from the outside sewer line and needed repair. They offered three options. There was a $9,000, $13,000 & $25,000 fixes. From my understanding, the $9,000 and $13,000 would only be temporary fixes or as they stated "a band-aid" until the whole line was replaced. From our understanding the $25,000 would replace the line up until the sidewalk. But as we later learned this was only a spot repair with an installation of two cleanouts. Desperately in need of a fix we applied for a $25,000 loan from a lender they provided to have the work complete. Well after excavating the yard and nicking a water line (the city had to be called to shut off main line) we were told there were two more spots with damage found closer to the sidewalk. Because of the location of the gas and water lines the cost would be an additional $29,000. I talked with the owner ***** and he said he doesn't want his company to be on the news so they would hand dig around the gas line. We didn't feel comfortable about the price but our yard had already been torn up. ***** offered a 10% discount, landscaping, and replace concrete border but not sprinkler system. To complete the job it would cost $49,347. Upon completion of replacing the outside sewer lines we experienced multiple backups. Apparently the back are coming from inside the home now. February 4th, 2024, again we are backed up with sewage. They are now telling us its the inside lines that will need replacement. Should they not have diagnosed this first? In addition, NO PERMITS were ever pulled. After I gave them a 1 star review on ****** they asked me to take it down. Once the job was determined to be complete they were aggressive to have us approve & activate the loans we applied for. Very unprofessional & should be investigated!

    The sewer line inside the house is old. We told the customer we thought it could be hydrojetted and it would be fine. We hydrojetted it several times at no additional charge. We also removed a backwater valve for the sewer line at no additional charge. We also installed a clean out and hydro jetting the kitchen/laundry line at no additional charge. We gave the customer options the whole time and the customer wanted to do the work. It is a 16' deep sewer next to a gas line and extra care has to be taken not to hit the gas line. Much of the job had to be hand dug.There is a clause in the plumbing code that says permits are not needed for repair and maintenance to drain lines. We felt this fell under that clause, but the city didnt agree. So we came back out, dug up the sewer line and had it inspected at not additional cost to the customer.

    I am rejecting this response because: I believe this business provides a lot of false information as to the quality of work and lacks integrity to its customers. Please see the attached response as they do not provide sufficient evidence for they responses. In fact, I am offended by their response by say they did not charge us to re-dig the sewer line. They did not do us a favor by re-digging the sewer line, The Pueblo **************************** made them redo the job because of their inefficiencies.

    I am rejecting this response because: A sprinkler company came out once to look and the property but never came out again. ***************** has been out of town working for the past months but I have not received any calls. My yard is complete mess. Where there once was grass and a sprinkler system is now covered in weeds. Makes neighborhood look bad and the entire neighborhood knows the company who did it. I asked **** to call Sveagle and ask them to replace the sprinkler system they ripped out. They have been reluctant to do anything but sure was quick to collect the $49,000 for doing a poor job. Yes, I want a new or repaired sprinkler system in my front yard that should been covered in the first place. I'm very upset with these people as they make it sound like I'm just a complaining customer. I regret ever using them!!

    I am rejecting this response because: I am the owner of the home. I want my sprinkler system replaced that you destroyed in the process. The fact that I have to ask you to replace things your company destroyed during this project is shameful on your part. You charged $49,000 to **** and myself for this horrible service. I communicated with had to have you replace the sprinkler system you destroyed.  Yet, you continue to come with excuses not to finish the job. Not only should you replace the sprinkler system but you should also give a discount or refund for the horrible service you provided!
