    Please do yourself a favor and run away from this studio!!! I started going here in February of 2024 and loved it at first so much that I started doing their unlimited membership which is $250/month. I even put down a deposit to go on a trip to *********** that was being hosted by the owner ****** of the studio and started making payments towards the trip in 2025. I came across some financial difficulties and contacted the owner because I needed a refund for the money I had paid for the trip ($800). There were no refund policies on the website (I know because I am in tech and did an extensive search and looked at the backend of her website) and I never signed anything about the trip which should have been a red flag and warning that she was running a scam. After contacting her she told me she was not going to refund me anything even though it was 8 months before the trip was happening. I explained my circumstances and she was completely unprofessional and engaged in shady business practices, to say the least. I gave her the opportunity to do the right thing she said maybe someone could buy out my spot for the trip so I figured I would be hopeful then this woman ****** charged me for another month of membership classes but blocked my ability to sign up for classes online and then had the audacity to charge me for another monthly installment of the *********** trip even though we had several conversations that I was CERTAINLY not going on the trip. Please don't get scammed by this woman she is a con artist and has no problem taking people's hard-earned money. This establishment's deceptive behavior and unethical, malicious, business practices are appalling. I was a patron of the South Location. She also owns the ***** studio next door. Please save your money and don't give this company your credit card information you will regret it!
