    We fully prepaid $4,205.80 for a custom table, bench, and ***** side table using our own wood in June of 2022 with a promise it would be done in 6 months. We paid to have our tree cut down, we loaded the wood and delivered it ourselves to **** at his shop. We were in communication with **** and he said he could deliver around Thanksgiving of 2022. Then he called around December and said the wood wasnt ready. We have tried to reach out to him since January of 2023, calls after calls, texts and texts, with no reply, no response at all. He is totally ignoring us and has forced us into filing fraudulent charges. We have NOT received a refund OR the products that we ordered. He has STOLEN our wood. The tree was 118 year old Ponderosa tree with beautiful blue from beetle kill. We are so disappointed in Matts lack of communication and cheating us out of a very large amount of money for custom built furniture. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!

    We ordered custom ceiling wood beams in August of ******************************** October. We gave a $6,000 deposit for the beams. He delayed ********* each month from September to Feb and then would not respond anymore.

    On May 22, 2022 we purchased (and fully paid for) 7 chairs to go with a table we had previously purchased from Colorado tables. In addition, we commissioned (and fully paid for) 4 custom pillars to be made and installed in our dining room. We were told both projects would be completed within 6 weeks. We checked in in July, August, September, October, November, and December... Each time, there was an excuse as to why the projects were not completed etc. We tried to be understanding. Finally on January 8, 2023, we received 7 chairs but they were not completed to the same standard as the table. We decided we could no longer wait for the pillars because we were going to be putting our house on the market and did not trust ******* would deliver the product before we were listing our house and we had a giant hole in our dining room where the pillars were. We requested a refund. After trying to get in contact in February and March he finally replied saying he would refund us for the pillars and delivery fee over the next ***** days. We have received no payments and have had no reply after repeated attempts in May and June. All emails and text messages have been saved and can be provided if necessary.

    On September 13 2022 we ordered Colorado Tables to build ** a table to be delivered before Thanksgiving 2022. We were impressed by the product and paid for the custom table in advance **** plus 200 for shipping. We have communicated by email often, and have been promised delivery and waited for the table several times since. We asked for our money to be returned after not hearing back after the promise to schedule yet another delivery.
