    I originally worked with Trent as a co-worker and immediately knew his passion and knowledge of the Denver market would make him an outstanding agent to represent me in my own transactions. After failing to sell my property a few years prior with another agent, I entrusted Trent with the task of selling my property quickly and efficiently. He took the necessary steps to reach out to the HOA, title and other parties needed to obtain necessary documents and approvals. He kept me well informed of my listing and updated me with any new and pertinent information regarding the market conditions and together we set up a strategy to best market the property for a quick sale. He advised me of all my rights as a homeowner and provided his market expertise when making suggestions. Trent is amazingly easy going but knows exactly when and how hard to push back when it comes to getting his client what they need. I would strongly recommend him to any of my friends and family in the area!
