    *** and his crew installed a new furnace,replacing a very old one.All the work necessary to meet the new standards of efficiency and safety were accomplished in a very professional manner. All my questions and concerns were answered politely and thoroughly. I initially hired Qualiity West because of recommendations from other customers of QW. THe whole crew were so very easy to dialog with. I am very pleased I trusted them to do the job, and I certainly highly recommend them. I would not hesitate to use their services again.

    Excellent service! They were polite and professional to schedule me (even with playing "telephone tag") and they fit me for my a/c during one of the hottest weeks of the year. ****** was outstanding. He took the time to explain to me the issues and gave me suggestions for maintenance. Highly recommend.
