    On Nov 10, 2024 at 1:25pm I ordered one Supersize sandwich and added a "Make it a Meal" (one chips and one drink). According to the menu on the wall (photos available on request) those two items were $17 and $4 respectively. However the total came to $27.43. When I asked the clerk what happened she seemed confused and indicated that I ordered two drinks and two chips. When I informed her that I didn't she was unable to explain and I asked her review the order and I would come back to discuss after eating the sandwich. I did that and in that time she was not able to answer why the order rang up at $27.43 and then brought in the manager. The first response from the manager was a rude "those things just add up". I then asked him how $17 + $4 (while pointing to the menu on the wall) could add up to $27.43. He then attempted to recreate the order on the system and when he entered the sandwich it came up as $20. When I pointed out again that was not what the menu indicated he then indicated there was nothing he could do about it and suggested I contact the owner. If no response received or credit applied to my card from the franchise owner before my credit card bill is due I will be contesting the entire charge.
