    Coffeecakes.com sent me a cake I never ordered, and charged it to my charge card! I did order a cake from them at ***************, and it was delivered. IDID NOT ORDER ANY TYPE OF SUBSCRIPTION OR MULTIPLE CAKES! I WANT THE MONEY FROM THIS CHARGE PUT BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY, OR I WILL SUE! I also want to rate them with BBB!

    We have reviewed the customers complaint regarding order #*******, which was placed on April 5, 2025, at 4:40 PM via our Online Store. Based on the tracking details associated with this order, the product was successfully delivered. For reference, we have attached the *** delivery confirmation, including a picture of the delivery note.

    Additionally, our records indicate that the customer has never reached out to our customer service team. The only correspondence we were able to locate under the provided email address was an inquiry received today via the Better Business Bureau (BBB).
