They are very reliable. We've used 5 company they are by far the best. They implemented my requests. If a caregiver called out they always had someone to sub in.

We recently contacted Elderlink when we needed to add additional home care for my husband who has advanced Parkinsons Disease. *****, the President of Elderlink, was professional in every way and compassionately listened to our needs. She worked with us until we found a great fit for some additional daytime care and companionship for my husband. She also helped us find some temporary overnight care in our home after my recent surgery. Our experience with Elderlink, staff and care workers has been 100% positive and incredibly easy, which is so much appreciated when dealing with a stressful situation involving a loved one.Elderlink Home Care, Inc.

I am fairly new to Elderlink and their services. I have been delighted with my experience thus far. My husband has both early onset alzheimers and epilepsy. He is still quite functional and active and needed some social stimulus. Elderlink paired us with a gentleman roughly the same age and activity level who spends four hours a week with my husband. It has been a liberating and rewarding experience. The organization has been wonderful to deal with. In particular, *****, the President ,is responsive, caring, and quite skilled in finding the right fit for your individual needs.Elderlink Home Care, Inc.

Finding unanticipated home care for my father has been very stressful. So glad we found Elderlink! Everyone with Elderlink has been wonderful. The caregivers we have for my dad are all very professional, compassionate, trustworthy, and dependable. All of the administration staff have also been wonderful, so easy to work with, friendly, and accommodating. I highly recommend this business. They make a very stressful transition much easier for all family members across the country, keeping us updated on my dad's daily issues, and giving us peace of mind in knowing he's safe and well cared for.Elderlink Home Care, Inc.

Elderlink has been wonderful to work with and sent us very good people to work with in our home. The team was very patient and helpful during a stressful time and their responsiveness and kindness were greatly appreciated. We have had two caregivers and both have been. Good fit for our needs. Elderlink has just been wonderful in finding a caregiver for my brother to help me in his care.***** has been the best caregiver he has ever had and he looks forward to her visit every week.She is energetic and goes the extra mile to provide all requested and any additional help she can provide.
