    My name is ***** *********, I was unable to reschedule my exam in time by required time due to mental health issues, because I was experiencing domestic violence to which my medical provider had put me on a medical leave of absence. On the morning of my exam, I after I finished my call with ***** customer service, I sent ******* *******, an email on June 6, 2024, at 9:31am, advising her of my situation and attached of my medical note from my provider. Only for them to claim they do not have any records of me contacting anyone and would have to reapply! This left a bad taste and I no longer want to be associated with this company again. I will report this to my former school and share my experience on all my social media platforms. Please refund me my $250.

    This organization uses a third party to do online test, who does not send the correct information to get their applicants ready for their test. I was sent the information when scheduled for the certified surgical technologist test. On the day of the test I wasn't able to take the test called IT of the third party and they stated the device I was using compatible although I did the compatibility test three times on the tablet. I asked for the test to be rescheduled for the same day so I get to a device that is really compatible. I was given the run around from the third party and told they would reimburse or schedule the test, then today 6/4 was told to call NBSTSA since they couldn't do either of the two. I spoke with a ******* and was told she would get back to me on the same day with information on rescheduling. I have not received an email or call from either company and this is my second time reaching out to the BBB about this situation.

    The date was 5/2/23. I am going to lose my job. I have an IT issue where an old account needs to be merged with a new email account so that I can sign up for my recertification. I was told that it would be at least 5 business days. I called on the sixth and every day after. It has been three weeks. All I need is to sign up for the test. I have been repeatedly told that it should be taken care of by the end of the week. I have left voicemails with the *** with no response. I am desperately trying to get this resolved so my kids have food on the table.

    I submitted my application for cst/csfa certification renewal on DEC 7th 2022. It states I should receive my certification within six weeks. I assumed they were backlogged as usual and did not inquire. Until I received an email on February 17th 2023 stating that I was 4 credits short from renewal. I have been a member since 2008. They constantly change the rules in regards to how many years you renew to how many credits needed for renewal. Then add live credit and expect you to keep up with all of it. Spoke to customer representative and she states they called me and left a VM. I NEVER RECEIVED A VM. Why was I not emailed about the issue so I could resolve it sooner. Bad business
