    I signed up for a 1-year membership on Sun, Nov 13, 2022. Since my 1-year membership agreement is reaching its end, I want to cancel it. However, there is currently no valid way to cancel your membership at this time. The link is broken.Within the Urban Air contrat it states: Membership Cancellation. YOU MAY NOT CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP DURING THE 12-MONTH INITIAL TERM EXCEPT AS PROVIDED HEREIN. After your 12-month Initial Term, you may cancel your membership at any time online at www.urbanairmembership.com. Memberships may not be cancelled by telephone, mail, email, or by fax and may only be cancelled as described in this section. Your cancellation request will be effective 10 days after it is received. Any payments due under this Membership Agreement prior to the cancellation effective date will be charged by us as scheduled.When I enter my information at www.urbanairmembership.com to cancel the membership and click submit, it comes up with an error message. Server Error 500 - Internal server error.There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.I need this issue to be resolved so that I can terminate this contract. Note: I have tried using ****** Chrome and ********* Edge internet browsers, and they both have the same issue.

    On 2/27/21, my minor son signed up for Urban Air. I made the company aware and they advised that the contract was binding. I asked for this matter to be escalated to this supervisor, but it never was. I was told by a 'Guest Loyalty Team' member that the contact can not be canceled and I have to continue paying monthly or buy out the contract. The contract was to expire 3/37/22, but it did not. Urban Air continues to bill my son $20 monthly. I emailed them again on 8/28/22 asking for them to stop billing my son and to refund him $180 ( 6 months) of the money they wrongfully debited. I am being told that "no funds are due for a return on this account."Per their contract my minor son signed, the contract will expired after 12 months. However, it did not, despite my many emails asking for them to cancel this membership.I want the $180 refunded immediately.

    It looks like our corporate office cancelled the membership on 8/29/22 after receiving a request to cancel. Memberships do not cancel after 12 months but become a month to month membership after the 12 month commitment. Per the agreement, members must request to cancel the membership after the 12th payment
