    On Saturday May 13, 2023 I placed an order from this company. On Friday, May 19th my wife noticed that our credit card had been charged twice for this item. She tried calling the phone number she had (913-336-7815) only to keep getting a busy signal. She tried sending messages with messenger and using the confirmation email to send an email back to them only to get no answers. On Saturday the 20th she tried calling again. Only to listen to busy signals each time. She also tried a different number that she had found (332-203-2953). Also again getting a busy signal each time. Again tried emailing and using messenger to find out why there was a double charge. Today she tried both numbers a few times only to get a busy signal. She sent another email. I will tell you she used some bad language but is frustrated as not to get an answer on why we were charged twice. We have only 1 confirmation email for 1 order. Just wanted an answer to the double charge. What makes it even more frustrating is we don't even have the product yet and they have taken double the money from my credit card. It's not even a pending charge, it has gone through. We want 101.96 added back to our credit card and don't want the product.

    On 3/31/2023 order# 6344 I ordered a wireless charger phone mount for $50.95. It was damage in transport and routed to USPS mail recovery center, I never receive or had possession of this item. I have tried several times asking for a refund, to no avail. this company is unreliable on untrustworthy and does not care about their customers because of their bad business practice. I want my refund and this company held accountable!

    Purchased product 11/21/22 delivery arrived 12/21/2022. Product has stopped working and will not charge. Have tried for e days to make contact with them threw email phone call. Not answer on phone. No email.
