    On Jan. 21, '23 I signed a contract with American Quality Production (******). Acct. #: ********.
The contract entailed: to remove popcorn ceiling, paint, & install bathroom countertop. The popcorn ceiling was scraped, but not skim coated. The walls were not trimmed out & the countertop was cut. The sink was placed, but it was not fastened down to the cabinet. He broke both end caps that I provided. He asked for the receipt so that he could return & replace. In good faith I gave him receipt & end caps. As of 4-18-23 he has not returned the product or refunded the money.
On Jan. 23, '23 I paid the deposit of $1315.76 & then on 1-29-23 he asked for the remaining $1315.75. He was paid in good faith that he would finish the job. On 1-31 I sent a text with pictures showing how the paint didn't cover. He texted stating that he would use a quality paint and give a 3 year warranty to cover workmanship & quality of commercial grade paint. He sent someone on 2-2 to repaint. On 2-3, ****** texted that he was going to come back and texture the ceiling & asked how it looked. I saw it in the evening before & said looked great. That afternoon I went back over, to find that in the daylight you could see where the paint didn't cover. ****** came by that afternoon to bring more paint. I asked him to come in & look at how poorly it covered. I was very angry & said that it was "**" for the quality of work & that he had been paid in full. That evening I received an email from him saying that his job was complete & that the end pieces would be dropped off. I asked, "so you are not coming back to paint the ceiling?" His response was "Correct! It was painted & skim coated as quoted." On 2-8-23 I sent another email asking for the end caps. He replied "The most I will do is send a replacement". I sent him another email on 4-7-23 requesting end caps with no response.

Can you send pictures here of the "poorly covered " walls than of the completed please.

    To Whom it May Concern
I am responding to the request for more pictures. Attached are the "before" pictures. The "after" pictures will be attached to a subsequent email.

Even though I do not feel that the painting is quality, we are not desiring anything with that. We would like the end caps that he took along with the receipt to be returned
Thanks again for all your time in this matter.******

I am rejecting this response because:

I have not received the end caps.

I will be happy to accept as soon as I receive the end caps.

    Please return them promptly.
