    From the 6/10/2024 hail strom I hired DKR to replace my roof and gutters. As part of the contract it inclued them replacing/repairing all my personal property damage. (5th attachment). They have been paid by Progressive for the roof and all the personal property I have paid them my deductible minus a discount they gave me.. I am still waiting for the final pictures of the gutters to be taken to get reimbursed for the gutters. I have paid *** but need the insurance money, as of 11/14/2024 they have stated they would take the pictures 12 different days to no avail. I have had numerous phonecalls, texts, and emails and can not get the refund of my personal items and/or all the replacements made by them. The total amount of my personal items is $2559.49 which is owed me. I worked with 3 sales staff with *** and 2 of them told me they take the money for personal property to make a profit and not do the work or return the money to the customer. Also I have asked *** for an itemized statement and still have not received. They have issues 3 bills - 1 to Progressive (2nd Attachment), 1 to me (3rd Attachment) and a 2nd to me ( 4th attachment) and all three are different. They billed Progressive for the roof, gutters , and personal property. They billed me adding the personal items to the cost for the roof and the 2nd bill was taking away the discount on the deductible I was given. I do not know how they can have three different invoices. Yesterday the office person discussed with me the refund and asked if I would settle for the $1500.00 deductible I paid. I said no I wanted the full refund as I need these items repaired/replaced. She stated she could not authorized and would get back to me same day and I have not heard back. I just want either my money back or the repairs done. I also do not want another customer to have to go through this as it has taken a toll on my health and financial situation.
