    While all of my lash artists have been very lovely, the customer service from corporate has been zero help. I got a full set of TrueXPress lashes at a location in ***** 10 days ago and they looked great and I had no issues with them but when I went to get a refill at a location in ********, the artist told me that several of my lashes were glued together and that I needed to get them removed and have a new full set put on. She explained the situation in her online notes and when I contacted corporate, they refused to offer any reimbursement or discount, so I had to pay $40 for the removal and $150 for a new set due to poor application.

    Charged me for services that I did not receive. **************** said they couldn't do anything to help me. I did not agree to these charges or services. Absolutely ludicrous that they can get away with this!!
