    I have been a member of CycleBar - Lone Tree (****) since around 2018. As of December 31, 2021, this franchise underwent new ownership. The community was still amazing, the new owners didn't show interest in participating with our studio or community, and came in aggressively with their business and pricing plans. I initially thought ok, they are a business, they've got a plan. Everything seemed to settle a couple months later with their initial aggressive approach, but they still never interacted with the community. Things took a turn for the worse for this community May 2023. The owners terminated the two lead instructors, and riders never received an explanation. It was at this time many members canceled their memberships, as we saw our community ripped apart. When cancellations began, it was apparent the owners did not have an understanding of riders' Agreements and took a defensive and intimidation approach. They refused to acknowledge many of our Agreements. Cancellation dates were falsified, communication was little to non-existent and many times unprofessional from ownership. Those canceling were sent to collections with no waning or communication for money they do not owe. My situation made it to CycleBar Corporate where they apologized to me for the harassment I had dealt with through the **** franchise and took care of the false ******** and accusations from the **** franchise. Do not ride at these owners' franchises (CycleBar- Lousiville, ***************, and Lone Tree) unless you are prepared for a culture of bullying and to be hassled upon cancellation of your membership.
