My experience at the Hampton ************ Denver *********** was nothing short of appalling. This establishment exemplifies the epitome of discriminatory practices, disrespect, and deceit. From the moment we stepped into the premises, we were met with blatant racism and hostility that made it abundantly clear we were unwelcome. Despite having a confirmed reservation, we were told we could not stay, given no explanation, and asked to leave despite there being plenty of available rooms. The staff displayed an utter lack of decency and professionalism, going so far as to refuse us the courtesy of hosting family members as guests. Their actions escalated to the point where my wife and children were left in tears, traumatized by their dismissive and demeaning behavior. The emotional toll this has taken on my family is immeasurable, and the humiliation we endured is beyond ************* add insult to injury, I was overcharged for services I never received, and when I questioned these charges, I was met with lies and stonewalling. The staff had the audacity to eject us from our room under the pretext of cleaning, further exacerbating our distress and reinforcing their clear intent to mistreat and alienate us.This ordeal has left me determined to seek legal recourse, including filing criminal charges against this establishment for its fraudulent and discriminatory practices. I will not stand idly by while my family is disrespected, mistreated, and subjected to such abhorrent behavior.Hampton ************ Denver *********** should be ashamed of the systemic failures and toxic culture they perpetuate. I urge anyone considering staying here to think twice before supporting a business that not only disrespects its guests but also operates with such a complete lack of integrity, compassion, and basic human decency.Avoid this hotel at all costsit is a disgrace to the hospitality industry and a hostile, unwelcoming place for anyone seeking fair and dignified treatment.
