    "Pure Infusion Suites of Lone Tree" contacted me, and said they contacted Denver Neuro on 1/24, 1/28, 2/3, and today about an insurance issue. While I am apparently responsible for resolving this issue I was not told until today (2/5). This severely impacts my health and when I contacted Denver Neuro about it the receptionist blamed me (literally said "I don't even know who I'm talking to and they just came over and told me about this"). As you can imagine, she was no help. Kind of unnerving coming from your ******************* Additionally, over 7 years, I was bumbled by ***, misdiagnosed, they bungled medical records and prescriptions, and they don't communicate with associated providers or insurance companies (especially in regards to insurance). The last straw was today. It sounds bad and I am beating myself up because I've been mismanaged and I was too busy worried about my health. I'm in the process of getting a referral for a new Neuro, but I wanted to get this on the record.

    This company refuses to correct a billing error that occurred over a year ago. They failed to submit a charge to my supplemental insurance as requested. After many MANY phone calls and emails the problem still exists, and now they're threatening to turn it over to collection - all over a mis-billed $10.71! Reference 70029A25434.

    Date of Service, May 17, 2023. Requested full Refund beginning of June 2023, via 'Patient Portal' and was ignored, and later returned less than 35% of the fee.Initially I was seeking a second opinion, the Denver Neurological Clinic was recommended (unwisely) during my search; the Dr that owns and runs this clinic is who I saw, *************He is horribly unprofessional and one of the worst interactions with a Medical Dr I have ever had, and that is saying a lot as I am a veteran Search and Rescue Med Tech who worked with Drs every day of my life for almost a decade. There is not much to say outside of this, his demeanor was that of an egotist, he took no time to listen, and his physical examination would be considered by any Dr a complete joke as it was less than 30 seconds long, it took longer for me to get into position than he took to examine me.This man didn't even care nor bother to take the time to review anything from my medical history and he did not make any effort to follow up or put out a referral as he said he would do. He literally did nothing and took my money. I brought a meticulously prepared Medical history and he said "I AM NOT READING THIS". As a a disabled veteran, I find this to be an afront to the medical profession, especially for those of us trying desperately to get help. I requested a full refund, and they returned approx 30percent of the total to me $125.00 of the ****** spent. I did not ask for a partial refund, I asked for a total refund. They did not bother to respond to me either, they just sent the partial refund and made it impossible for me to send any further messages via patient portal. This is not the first review of this DR that is exactly like this, this guy needs to find a clinic where he can work for someone or consider not being a neurologist anymore. If I still had money I would be suing him for malpractice as this falls directly under it. I look forward to a resolution of this.Respectfully,***********************
