    Had a procedure at this facility in which my IV was placed in the ONE vein I specifically said not to use because it does not work right. Then I have the anesthetist spend three minutes pushing an injection through while I scream in pain trying to get up. I was screaming 'nooooooooooo'. Four people in the room and no one did a thing, a normal person would have stopped, maybe checked the IV? I was told 'too bad' and even told most people don't scream in pain for that, so I guess I am different somehow. My hand has been burning since and a bubble formed under the skin. Never had this happen before in any procedure. Spoke with the nurses this morning about my pain that had me up half the night, they did not care. Asked for a name to file a complaint with the State, they would not provide. They also did not document what they did to me, which is a problem for HCA I guess.
