    They damaged a complete zone of my sprinkler system laying fiber for there service which I have no plans to use. This destroyed 60 feet of sprinkler line, 6 sprinkler heads, and could potentially damage more if temperatures approach freezing. The repair will cost several thousands of dollars. The company has made to attempts to repair or reimburse.

    I am requesting that Broadband Integrators come to my home and remove the fiber box that was placed on my property without my consent, even after I spoke to crew leader, ******. We will be having major landscaping work done on ************* and the box cannot be there or else it will be buried under cement.When the crew first began working on our street, I spoke to crew leader, ******, and explained that I wished to opt out and decline placement of a fiber box on my property (which was going to have a front yard location). He said it was fine that I opt out, and assured me that they would not place anything on my property. ****** showed me the markings where the neighbor's fiber box would be placed in their side yard. However, the fiber box ended up on my property and not in the neighbor's yard as the crew leader promised, and as indicated by the crew's sprayed markings. The unauthorized installation also completely killed my grass in that area. Please remove the fiber box as soon as possible because I did not authorize its placement. I have photos for review.I have called the owner, *************************** *************) repeatedly and he will not return my phone calls.
