    The service does not exist. I have waited for many evenings over 2 hours for the chat. They never answer the chat. No phone call and ******* that owns the company refers you back to them. Even if you go to the ******* store that cannot help.

    The service is pretty good, but the support is terrible. Almost impossible to reach out to their Support as it always show that they are busy.

    Can't send photos or gifs via sms. Ever. And occasionally have to try 3 or 4 times to get a long text sent

    My experience with Visible has been a nightmare. I spent an embarrassing about of time with their chat consultants trying to port my number. Originally the number was ported and working but reverted back to the temporary number and they could not seem to retrieve it again. The first consultant said she would assist with a refund, but she wanted to try a bit longer to get my number ported, I was booted from the chat before anything was resolved and each chat after was much of the same. I was booted from every chat before any issue was resolved as if it were a pattern. I was more than patient for 3 days and 10 hours of chats, each time I was booted from a chat it took 30 minutes to get back to a live chat consultant, and after I allowed them all that time to work it out, I finally said I just wanted to give up and have the refund. They said it was no longer available. They assured me I would receive a call from a specialist regarding the refund, but I did not receive that call. So, I had a phone for a very limited with a number that no one knew and no hope of getting my original number back. I saw on Reddit that many many people were having the same issue.

    I switched to this carrier last year. The phone I purchased through them, paid in full, was to be locked for 2 months then unlocked automatically. Well after 10 months of service my phone is still locked. They refuse to do anything about it. They blame Apple since its an iPhone I purchased. Apple has told me on multiple occasions they can not unlock a carriers lock. I have done a few factory resets. I was sent a new SIM card but the phone is still locked. I have been dealing with this for over a month. It appears this is their way of keeping you as a customer. Do not use Visible Wireless.

    Deceptive business practices. I ordered the phone that had a rebate. I chatted with customer ********************** prior to ordering the phone to confirm the rebate which they did. They instructed me what to do in order to get it. After the time period was up I contacted them via chat which is the only way to communicate. The first ***************** I had said that an email would be coming with my rebate. After I didn't receive it I contacted them again and was told I would not be getting the rebate.

    This is by far the most horrible experience I had when it comes to getting a new phone line and new device. I have been struggling to get the resolution done from past 1 week and it's going NOWHERE. Almost 10 times chatting with support reps for hours and going back and fourth between Visible and Affirm I am still in limbo. Visible customer ********************** said they have escalated the issue and someone would call me. 4 days and ***** I am just so frustrated that I wanted to reach out to ANYONE from Visible to help me out from management but AGAIN, NO human is available on the other side.I will NEVER recommend This to anyone. Just incase if any of the visible members are reading, my case numbers are below although I know it won't matter. Support case number ******** New case number visible ******** A piece of advice to Visible is UNLESS you have fully matured support model, YOU NEED TO HAVE HUMAN TO SUPPORT. How can you expect a customer to chat for hours for god's sake.
