    I bought a washer and dryer way back April of this year. We were assisted by an employee named *****. My washer, dryer and one pedestal have lots of scratches, contacted ***** and notified about the issues, he was so proactive regarding the replacements. Then we received all those parts, but the washers replacement was defective, so I emailed/called multiple times, by **** ( take that long to respond) received a call from him saying that he will order another one. Called the manager 2x and he said that he will talk to ***** since he was off. It is already December and I havent gotten my replacement So I called the store again and left a message to the manager. I am so upset the way they treated me after selling their products. He even mention that he can matched the price of the washer which I notified him and he was saying that it was already refunded the thing was no confirmation/ email or anything as a proof that it was done, I asked the date to email me so I can check but it was never given.
