I subscribed to Access Analog, LLC on March 4, 2024, paying $34.98 per month for a service that provides remote access to analog music gear. Each month, I received 55 credits, which I believed would accumulate for future use. Even though I wasnt actively using the service, I continued paying, I accumulated 470 credits and assumed I could use my credits later.Recently, when I finally needed the service, the plugin malfunctioned and failed to upload my audio files correctly. I reached out to Access Analogs support, and despite multiple troubleshooting attempts, the issue was not resolved. This is not the first time this has happenedit previously occurred but was only temporarily fixed. Given the recurring technical failures, I requested a refund for the 11 months I paid for the service, but the company refused to reimburse me beyond the current ******** make things worse, when I demanded a refund and stated I would report them, they used a shady tactic to pressure me into staying subscribed. They informed me that if I canceled my subscription, I would lose all the credits I had accumulated for monthscredits I had already paid for. This predatory policy forces customers to keep paying for a malfunctioning service just to avoid losing their past purchases. This is unacceptable and unfair business practiceI paid for a service that did not function as advertised, and I believe Access Analog, LLC should be investigated for fraudulent or deceptive business practices. They continued charging me while their service was not fully operational, effectively taking my money without delivering on their promise.I am formally requesting a refund of $384.78, covering my payments from March 4, 2024, to the present, as I was unable to utilize the service due to their technical failures. If a refund is not provided, I urge the BBB to investigate this company for potential fraud, misleading subscription policies, and unfair cancellation tactics.
