    I ordered an ocean scene. It looked 3D right on the canvas. What did i get? A vinyl print stapled on canvas. They wont let me return. So ridiculous. Dont use this company

    They process your credit card and then vanish! Ordered 2-4 day delivery. Attempted to get refund after 10 daysstill havent heard from them about my refund!

    Hello Rocky,

    This is *********************, I'm the Customer Experience Manager here at **********************.

    I would like to lay out the history of what had happened to your order:

    - On November 1, 2023 at 12:49 am (US PST), we have received your order for the Golden Rays Into The Forest Canvas Wall Art, size 60x30 inches. You have paid a total of $179.98
    - On November 2, 2023 at 06:21 am (** PST), the production stage has started for your order.
    - On November 6, 2023 at 08:43 am (** PST), we have sent you an automated email containing your tracking number.
    - On November 9, 2023 at 12:12 am (** PST), based on your tracking number, the package has left the ***** origin facility. The package has taken its delivery course and, by November 14, 2023 at 4:46 am (** PST), it has reached the Local ***** facility in **********, **.
    - On November 14, 2023 at 10:05 am (** PST), based on your tracking number, it has been successfully delivered at your front door.

    Based on the series of events, we have successfully shipped out your order 3 business days after you have placed your order. On our website, we do provide you an estimate of when your order will mostly likely arrive. This is highly dependent if there are any revisions applied to the order, which in this case there is none, and the 3-4 production days we will need to scan, print, ready and package your order. This can be read on the same product page we advised under WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER? Section.

    Although your design is categorized as "Non-personalized", it is still a PRINT-TO-************ since we do not keep stocks on hand for these designs, these are especially printed as per order.

    As for the delivery timeline, we do forward to our customers *****'s advertised timeline for their shipping and we do not have any control on their operations apart from keeping track on what's going on with the tracking number link that they gave provided. It is sad to know that they do provide that promise when in this case they have failed to meet their own SLA. This is something that we will take into consideration in the future, should we consider changing delivery couriers.

    Since your order has not incurred any misprints or damage during delivery, unfortunately I cannot provide a refund for your order.
    But, as a sign of goodwill, I would like to extend a one-time 30% refund amounting to $50.99 for any inconvenience that has been caused to you. Also, I will not be requiring you to send back your package, you may keep it or dispose of it as you see fit.

    I do highly value your buying experience with us and I apologize if it felt short because of the way the events have unfolded.

    This company is a scam. Ordered a canvas on 6/9 and as of 7/11 never received. Got the run around when I called and also when emailed them. Read the same negative reviews by other customers.

    My children bought me a "generic" sign for Christmas, they ordered the wrong style. I asked to simply exchange the picture and was told:"We don't offer returns/exchanges as all of our canvases are made to order. and even if they are not customized designs we don't stock up on canvases. I can give you a deal to reorder with the correct design and the same size for only $63.99. If you are up to the offer please let me know in this email."Their website states:canvas wall *** ************************************* Refund Policy At TailoredCanvases your happiness as a customer is important to us, so all of our products come with a 90 Day 100% Happiness Guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase within 90 days of receiving it, we will gladly replace or exchange the item.Contact us. They are not standing by their policy.
