    Purchased downloadable content from this company and was not able to download anything. Reached out several times and they refused to do a refund.

    We have reached out to *** multiple times to resolve the issue. We have emails that prove that we have reached out to her and have tried everything we could to resolve the situation. We even offered to ship her the flash drive for no shipping charge.

    I will submit the emails shortly. She also tried to dispute the charge on her CC and we have won that dispute, showing that she did indeed receive the workable links and we worked diligently to resolve the matter.

    Please let us know what else you need from us to prove that we are reputable and work to resolve every customer complaint in a timely manner.

    Please see the attached documents regarding both the efforts we made to help resolve the issue with **************** and work with her to access the electronic material that she purchased and the evidence that we submitted to Stripe regarding the dispute she made with her bank. After her bank reviewed the documents, they determined that her purchase was valid and she was not issued a refund. Thank you.

    I didnt realize I was suppose to respond again I have still not heard from the company and the issue is not resolved.

    The company sent me a link that never worked, and then they did not offer me any type of real resolution. My bank did unfortunately deny the dispute, because they apparently had tried to call me one time, and I missed that call and therefore they denied the dispute, which has me pretty disappointed with my bank, but I will also be reopening the case through my bank as well because I was charged almost $500 for something that I never received and I find it very unfortunate that a healing center with supposedly  the best intentions for people would charge me $500 and then deliver me absolutely nothing in return
