      We are a small family-owned business and entrusted Elite Health Partners with an introductory skincare order, having been impressed with their formulations and the service of our account manager, ****. In August 2023, we submitted a 50% deposit for the order. By mid-October 2023, Elite Health Partners had received all relevant materials to begin production. In early conversations, we discussed an 8-12 week lead time from the receipt of materials, which is common in the skincare manufacturing industry.However, after numerous failed promises and missed deadlines, the project had still not been scheduled for the production line by March 2024, six months after receipt of materials. At that time, we decided to cancel our order for the health of our business. During a call with Elite Health Partners leadership on April 2, 2024, we were assured a refund of our August 2023 deposit and the return of our supplied materials. While materials were gathered to return in a timely manner, it fell upon our company to pay for the return freight, leaving us with two freight invoices and no sellable product.Despite multiple follow-up emails sent between April 9 and April 23, 2024, to inquire about the status of our refund, our requests were ignored. We incurred additional costs by attempting to collect our refund with the assistance of a lawyer. However, ***************** and the Elite Health Partners leadership continued to ignore our request. We have tried numerous times to reach the ********** ****************** via email and have seen through email tracking software that the emails have been opened multiple times by *** and other members of Elite Health Partners.We urge other businesses to reconsider working with Elite Health Partners, as they have proven themselves to be untrustworthy and lacking in ethics. As of the writing of this review, May 30, 2024, we have still not received a refund of our deposit nor a reply to any of our emails.
