    October 13, 2024 October 13, 2024 Order# ***-5998207-5505052 I purchased a DNA test from the company's ****** site to receive a report that details all my ancestral lines at once, Native American and Old World. I have printed the page, and it is attached. The report did not include the information promised. I called ************ and spoke with *** ***** who confirmed that my report did conceal information based upon genetic information, ethnic and racial discrimination; and at that time, refused to provide the information. In emails with two other associated persons similar practices were confirmed, as well as the fact that the report did not contain information about an estimated 600 or more genetic information matches. Though small in correlation, possibly, this is exactly the purpose for which I paid $299.00.     We are DNA Consultants but we did not sell the test to YvH the Sovereign. ****** did. Moreover we don't promise any customer results they may want or desire, only true matches. Furthermore, we don't deal with aliases or assumed identities. This complaint has no merit and we are not members of BBB.

    The company gave information to ****** to sell their product. The company gave promises to provide all information. That is why I purchased the product. I contacted the company and the company confirmed all information was not provided. This contrasts to the Amazon priduct description. I have attached the communications in email describing the company's known error, negligence, and false advertisement.

      DNA Consultants has been responding, as evidenced by the emails and this BBB complaint. DNA Consultants sent the advertisement to ******. DNA Consultants received the money from ******. DNA Consultants admitted in email that DNA Consultants did not provide the service as DNA Consultants advertised on ******. Therefore DNA Consultants must provide the service DNA Consultants advertised on ****** or refund the money.

    DNA Consultants violated its own Terms of Use by trying to make a profit from deceiving people on ****** in bad faith and must provide the product and service as DNA Consultants advertised as the Amazon seller or return the money.
