    I was charged several times by this establishment. When I called to get corrected refuse to correct or give proper refund sending me in circles. I closed the account before being able to dispute charge. I no longer would feel comfortable working out here and would like a refund for the overcharge and yearly fee.

    I have a new bank routing number for payments. I called the ***************************************** with the update and they claimed I had to come in to the ********, ***********. They refused to do it over the phone. I explained this is not possible at this time. My life revolves around Doctors schedules. My account is on pause (a lesser payment amount) due to medical reasons and I am temporarily not in ********, ********. Having surgery in ********** I personally gave the new banking info to a California Planet Fitness which gladly took it and claimed my membership/nothing would not be affected Not a problem. NOT TRUE. PF California took ALL my info including pin number! PF California then told me they couldnt help me. I called Colorado Planet Fitness and they said a manager would contact me with 24 hrs. NOT TRUE. I have heard nothing. Planet Fitness has also sent an amount to collections AFTER accepting ALL my new banking info. They also removed my membership. Is this fraud? Now I may have to contact my bank again? I have heard/read other similar complaints about PF. I would like PLANET FITNESS to resolve this, restore the payment, any interest, charges, etc. plus restore my membership and credit report, especially since this membership is part of my doctors ordered physical therapy. Note: Receipts available upon request. Now the BBB is interested in my personal information, thanks to Planet Fitness.

    I hadn't been in a contract with them for months, they continued to charge my card, when I noticed I went in to cancel the account. The team member was rude and failed to inform me of the billing period even though I am not under contract. When I called back the employee rudely started going on about how was he the one that told me about their policy over 3 years ago and then said well good luck! We're gonna charge you either way. Regardless of my contract having ended months prior.
