    We had a small job as I was missing the necessary tools! ****** was super prompt and finished the job in a way I didnt envision! He is a valued contractor for us now! Thanks ******!

    I found ****** for our landlord to use for about a dozen small tasks around our SFH here in ************** and one really big job of fixing some very dilapidated planks on our deck. ****** does INCREDIBLE work! I want to tell everybody I know about how thorough he is and what a great job he does! We've had a few others before we found him and the work they did was definitely not that good, but ****** and @Longmont Handyman Services LLC is the real deal! He is so meticulous with his work and everything looks beautiful! He wasn't afraid to tackle the mold and gross stuff in both our tubs to remove every bit of old caulk and then re-caulk them beautifully! He even researched our one tub to find out that it actually SHOULDN'T have been caulked previously in the first place, so he removed all of it and saved us from making the mistake of having it caulked again! He is so good at educating us about stuff around our rental house, which we really appreciated and needed to hear! He fixed our front door that used to SLAM shut and now it shuts so gently! He was mindful of our indoor-only cats and made sure to never let them out. He's very friendly, too, and we had some really cool conversations. He communicates via text very well and is VERY good about working around my constantly-changing schedule! We would trust him with anything we need done.I'm saving ******'s number for any and all future tasks we might need him for and now our landlord has a really good, dependable, and local handyman for his property for future tasks. Thanks so much, ******!!! ????
