      Auto owners and 1st American insurance will not give us a copy of our policy. They also will not pay our claim.

      ********************* has been provided a copy of her policy.  Both when she purchased insurance and more recently related to her claim submitted to Auto Owners.  Unfortunately, the claim cannot be paid as it would require coverage that she did not purchase or request.  1st American would also ask that ********************* discontinue her many calls per day to our offices and the abusive language she repeatedly directs at staff here.  She has been provided information as to where direct all further inquiries.
