      I moved to ************ in October last year. I called my agent in ********. They told me they, could not write a policy in ************ and that he needed to contact an agent in ************. I did that. All the documentation was sent to make this change. The agent in ************ wrote me an email (that I have a copy of) that they could not get a hold of the ******** office to finalize the change. We tried numerous times to change this policy considering it did not cover me in my new location. I was increasingly worried about my coverage. I finally chose another insurance agency so that my vehicles would be covered. Now they are saying the policy was never canceled and I owe them for the invalid policy. I tried many times to contact them and so did the ********** office. I have copies of emails to provide proof. I'm not paying for a policy I tried to change and was invalid.

      I do not need to show you proof of any of my business regarding insurance. You can't charge someone for a policy that you can't write!

      It is our hope that after the **************************** the ********************* the ************************ and the *************************** all shared the same information with you regarding your outstanding balance *************************** now understands the billing, coverage, and the next steps.  The messages provided by all the departments above mirror the information provided by our Agency.

      As referenced by the *********************** and the ***************************, our Agency will also not be responding to any additional inquiries.  

      If *************************** would like to provide the required documentation discussed, we will gladly re-open the matter at this time.
