  I hired a contractor ************************* from AZ Unlimited, to remodel my outdoor stairs. He took the advance money (55%), destroyed the old stairs, built the landing, left all the debris in the backyard and disappeared. He dosesn't pick up the phone or reply to any of our messages. We drove to the address his company is registered and there is no one under his name or his company name.He cashed the check fro $3399.00, we don't have stairs, so we cannot access a space in our own house, the backyard is dangerous, as he left all the material around and we don't have any way to contact him.

  On August 20th 2023 Az Unlimited Llc, owner ************************* took a $3000 deposit for a carport he was suppose to build.******************* made multiple promises to start the job and ultimately was a no-show and no call every time.******************* would try and avoid my calls and I had to contact him from phone numbers he didnt recognize.On September 18th 2023 ******************* sent me a text message apologizing profusely for all his delays and informed me he would be refunding me by check dropped off to my property and of course, that didnt transpire.I believe Me ******** commuted theft by deception totaling $3000 dollars which I understand is a felony in the *****************.

  not coming and would be there bright and early the next morning. He contacted me the next morning saying he was having problems with a ********* Comp injury of one of his worker's and could not do the work because he didn't have ********* comp insurance until it was resolved. He told me he would refund me my deposit that day (9/12/23). When he hadn't reached back out in the afternoon I asked him to Venmo me. He said he was doing it but it never came through. I reached out again and he said the Venmo wasn't working. When I said I thought he was scamming me he said he would drop off a check. He dropped off a check in my mailbox that evening (though it didn't look totally real). I deposited it the next day (9/13/23) and just found out that it bounced. I called him right away and it went straight to voicemail.
