    On Aug 4th 2021 I purchased a software package ModelSim DE VHDL simulator with a perpetual license. The software plus a year of maintenance was $5,911. I at the time of purchase I asked the question about being able to rehost it as I was going to end of life my computer. I contacted ******* Mentor Graphics about moving the license to the new computer in February 2023. The are currently refusing to rehost the license claiming that Im out of maintenance. When I asked about purchasing the software tool there was no mention of being on maintenance after I specifically asked about the perpetual license and the ability to rehost the software. I feel this a complete violation of the agreement and what I believe I was purchasing. I would like a refund on the purchase and have the ability to pursue other solutions.
