5 starsDue to hail damage, we recently had two new roofs installed on two different houses by GreenPoint Roofing. Both were done and completed on the same day and included skylight replacements on both. Great workmanship and ***** was super easy to work with. They did all the work from the big stuff to dealing with our insurance company, inspections, permits, to the little details like helping us with color selection. 5 starsDont hesitate to go with Greenpoint roofing! They take care of everything with amazing speed and thoroughness. They have every detail covered and know the whole insurance process so thoroughly. They are amazing!Once a huge hail storm came through, our neighbors went with different contractors, only to have to wait a long time for anything to get done or their insurance company to fight with them. I wish all companies could provide such excellent service. They were honest and efficient and anyone that worked for them were the same. They were available every step of the way and have helped me with anything I might need. They provide top of the line materials from the bottom up. It was a pleasure working with ********************************* and GreenPoint on the replacement roof for our ******* ** property. ***** was responsive, conscientious, and straightforward throughout the entire process. He did a good job communicating between **, our property manager, the insurance company, ************, and GreenPoint's crew. This was the first time we had made a property insurance claim, and ***** and GreenPoint's staff competently helped us through the claim process. The replacement process was interrupted by a snowstorm that delayed the scheduled installation a few days and some rotten underlayment discovered during the replacement, but these complications were promptly addressed. We are happy to highly recommend Green ***** Roofing. We recently used them to replace the roof on St. Aidans rectory. A new roof was well overdue and we were seeing moisture damage on the south side soffits. Were very pleased with the quality of work performed and the clear and transparent manner in which they do business. The project manager, *********************************, worked with us at each stage of the project to clearly explain our options and to ensure all our concerns were fully addressed. He arranged a meeting to discuss beforehand how tasks such as sealing the awning mounts, improving ventilation and replacing the soffits would be handled. The decking needed an overlay but before proceeding we were shown firsthand the issues. We really appreciated his daily communication prompt attention to questions and details.GreenPoint Roofing, LLC
