    WestPro is the type of business we all want to work with. For years i had fought a disrespectful insurance company that tried to not pay and sham roofing contractors who did not know enough about the industry to get the proper repairs to my roof. Companies made promises about services offered, but then could not meet. One inspector did not even identify damage that I see with untrained eyes. I was becoming very frustrated that Insurance would not pay for the damage as required in my policy because these companies did not know how to present the proper documentation. Enter ******* from WestPro. He is very knowledgeable about the laws and codes so he could offer guidance in how to work with the insurance company to get a new roof. He then offered all options available to now get the best possible roof paid for by the insurance company. I was able to upgrade to their top line product with a 50-year non-pro-rated warranty. They use a GAF system so everything is engineered to work together. A new ventilation system will help protect the system and make my house more comfortable. WestPro provides a construction manager as a one-point contact for the project. ****** did an excellent job of communicating product availability and scheduling. He then made sure all promised deadlines were met. The crews did fantastic work, then completely cleaned my property. The brochure pictures do not do justice to the finished product. My new roof EXCEEDS all expectations. I have seen neighbors slow down as they drive past to look at the completed roof. The fact that only top line materials are used allowing for a 50-year warranty means I will have peace of mind for as long as I own this house. This was the most expensive project I have ever done. The professionalism of everyone at WestPro gave me the confidence to know all would be done to the highest standards making it a stress-free experience. I offer my highest recommendation.************
