    I was working with this business to take some classes for a career enhancement. I was quoted one price that has since increased by $100. I had paid for a package to attend multiple events that will require additional travel which I was OK with. The company had reached out to me on May 17th about the event on May 20th with some questions, was going to check on a couple things and then get back to me before the event. I never heard from anyone until June 6th about finalizing the payment for the event. I had agreed to pay the difference between the event prince and the package price which came to $200.65. I was informed after then fact that I would have to pay a "service fee" of $50. The original cost was to be $369. Come to find out, when I received my invoice for this event, my final price was $460. Regarding the package that I had purchased for $3080 (to be made in 4 payments of $770), there was a clause that said if the package was cancelled, monies would be refunded less a $200 non-refundable fee which is in the contract but is now being taken out of any contract language. I was originally planning to continue with the package until I got the most recent invoice from this company that is charging me $100 more than originally agreed. I feel that this company is corrupt and not willing to return my funds.

    The request to substitute the ************* Experience *** attended the weekend of May 20th for the ************* Practicum included in the Bundle Package she purchased was approved. As *** shared, she understood she would need to pay the difference as the Practicum value was less than the ************* Experience event fee. In addition, for special considerations like this, EpiEnergetics has a $50 admin fee for processing exchanges.

    ***'s request to cancel her Bundle Package purchase was also approved. As she selected to pay for the package in installments, she had not yet paid in full for the package. To date *** paid $1786 toward the Bundle Package, which included a credit for the event fee she paid prior to purchasing the bundle package to attend the ************* Experience January 28, 2023. 

    The refund approved for *** to cancel her Bundle Package was $766.
    $1786 total paid - minus $820 for the January 28, 2023 and May 20, 2023 ************* Experiences she attended ($410 regular event fee for each) - minus the $200 non-refundable administration fee. 

    As noted in our cancellation policy, a $200 non-refundable administration fee will be assessed for cancellations. If a cancellation is received after one or more of the bundled events have been attended, the events attended will be calculated at the regular event fee and deducted from the amount paid for the bundle. Our cancellation policy has not been changed or edited. It remains the same as it has been since the Bundle Package was first offered many years ago.

    I am rejecting this response because: an additional amount for $291.65 on June 3 that was not included in the original refund amount.  The refunded amount of $766 has been received on my end.
