      Company towed another persons vehicle. the repair shop they towed it too and the police called me and accused me of stealing the car. I had to call Northside towing myself and tell them what happened. They offered no compensation until I called many times to complain. They then promised a full refund that I never received. This is the short PG version of how the people at Northside Towing treated me.

      First of all, he had his father call for the tow, and he gave the wrong information for the vehicle that needed to be towed. Our driver found the car he had described to us, and it was the wrong vehicle. This was an unattended tow with no keys available. Once we got the correct information we then went back and got the correct vehicle. The owner of the vehicle did call and was upset that he had to wake up and take of the phone call from the ****************** We could have discussed it further but with all the cursing and bad mouthing us as a company he did not even want to listen to anything we were trying to say to him. The fact is we still towed his vehicle to the shop and we took care of the mistake. We understand he was upset but maybe he should have called us himself instead of having his dad call and give us the wrong color and model of the vehicle. We apologize for the inconvenience but we did the job we were called upon to do. Mistakes happen but the situation was resolved even with the misinformation we were given.

      I am rejecting what they said because the vehicle wasn't even close to the correct yea and was the wrong color.  *********** handled the entire situation unprofessionally and avoided all communications.  They told me they would refund all my money and did not the last time I spoke to them on the phone.  They told me they would refund my money so they didn't have to f****** talk to me again and told me not to call. I never called back I just waited for the refund I was told I was going to get.

      Just tried calling you back, the dispatchers were on the phone. We did get your message, when you get a chance call back and we will take care of it. Sorry for the inconvenience but **** is ready to get you the refund!
