    My kids went to ****** yesterday (9/1/24) and were told they can't just buy a 1 hour pass at the desk with cash. 1 hour passes can only be purchased online only apparently now. However, they are kids and can't buy a ticket online. They have always gone and paid cash. GetAir charged my kids for 2 hours when they only wanted 1 hour. My oldest luckily had some extra money, but that's $7 extra per ticket! I just got off the phone with corporate. Apparently it's been a policy since July, but their website hasn't been updated to reflect that. Also, I can't get through to the actual ******** location. And my kids went a week ago, and 3 weeks ago and were able to buy 1 hour passes with cash. So, I don't know what's going on, but I will be showing up to demand our money back.

    GetAir contacted me directly and made it right by providing 3 1-hour jump passes. However, their website still needs to be updated so people aren't surprised by this policy.
