The owner ******* trains his employees to systematically defraud your insurance claim.First off please take my advice. First call your insurance company, second call a third party or independent adjuster. The insurance company is there to give you the least they can and the restoration people are there to pilfer your policy for themselves. Please do this.Back to 24/7. Problems started the day we hired them with their lack of respect for our property and possessions. I will focus on though is the systematic defrauding they commit. Our situation became apparent when on December 5th they told ** they were done and on December 6th our adjuster showed ** and the first thing he asked was when is your mitigation team going to finish? When I told the adjuster they claimed they were done he spent 2 hours highlighting the quote with what was not done. I address this with the 24/7 project manager and he showed up with 1 guy and worked for 3 hours said he was done and never returned. So we hired a 3rd party adjuster to audit the situation, which cost ** $12k. He provided a 72 page document with over 250 pictures showing what they had not done. Simultaneously they were sending invoices as if everything was completed. I could give you 20 examples but I will give you two. In the attic they claimed in their invoice that they had removed all blown in insulation, cleaned, hepa vacuumed, and painted (encapsulated). Actually approximately 20 percent of the insulation remained, they didnt clean anything nor did they vacuum or encapsulate. The second example has to do with how they tried to systematically defraud the insurance company. Same situation in main living room area. Yet *******, who never stepped foot on my property, argued in email after email that this had been done utilizing these couple of pictures. This company cost our family tens of thousands extra and extended the time we were out of our home by months. Avoid them at all costs. Read my full review on ******

      Hi *****,

This is ***********************************, the owner whom you are stating, "trains his employees to systematically defraud your insurance". Let me start by saying that is simply patently false in every way imaginable. I have replied to you and your insurance company's questions and concerns enumerable times, and we have acknowledged that when we encapsulated the structural components of your home (one of the very last steps of the smoke odor mitigation process), there was some overspray and some issues with inadequate dust protection, and we modified our invoice such that your insurance company paid in full, and we believed our revision was satisfactory to both you and your insurance. This review makes me believe that it wasn't satisfactory to you, why you didn't say something 4 months ago in the emails that you were included on is curious, but I acknowledge your displeasure and humbly apologize. It should be pointed out your insurance approved our revised invoice in full, and insurance doesn't pay without thorough documentation and proof that the work was completed. We provided that with pictures and documents (receipts).

We are very sorry that you weren't happy with our services. We feel like we did a very good job and the few small mistakes that we made, we acknowledged, and we fixed, (when we were allowed) and the others, we revised our invoice to reach a satisfactory resolution, it least with your insurance company.

We try to learn from every mistake, and we will do things differently in the future to avoid these unfortunate situations in the future.

Wow! ******* let's talk about reality. What happened was when your people told me they were done I told them they were not and they refused to do anymore work, lied like fools. I also received a email from your people with a "certificate of completion" document shortly after that I refused to sign. Shortly after this, even after refusing to sign this, you billed my insurance for $89,000. Luckily the check was made out to myself and your company so you needed my signature to deposit said check which you would have gladly done because you are a scumbag. It was shortly after that my third party adjustor provided the 72 page report that said you deserved $48,000. Both of my insurance adjustors from LM agreed! After you lied and argued for almost a month my main adjustor called me and said I have talked ******* down to $66,000 and I am tired of arguing with him. Are you OK with me paying this. I responded that at that point getting my family back in our house was more important if he wants to pay that amount. So ******* you got $20,000 more than you deserved by lying and providing staged pictures, systematic defrauding of insurance companies, only one you are fooling is yourself. Glad I could let your future clients know what to expect with your company.
