***** the supposed owner has been stalking me driving by my house the last 3 days as he admitted over the phone to me and to the local pd. I cant say this enough... there is something wrong with ***** and you should avoid him and this business. Paid a arm and a leg to get my truck fixed to only break down 24 hours after i got it. Doing the exact same thing it did before i had them work on it (replace the motor). So i gave them a call immediately and left a voicemail. That voicemail and a personal message i left with **** there service manager were never responded to. After that i noticed they replaced the driver side axle rather then the passenger side. After crawling around trying to figure out how to get my truck running i noticed countless wires dangling around the engine bay. A heat shield they said they would replace was mangled and you could see the exhaust manifold studs... the exhaust studs were obviously weathered and not new... they charged me for new exhaust manifold exhaust studs... after reading thru the bad reviews it is apparent my situation is similar to others situations that have done business in the past. So being out of pocket for a repair thats supposed to be under warranty. (They never purchased the engine warranty) and not getting a response from the business i filed a dispute with my cc. My phone call was returned from ***** almost 4 weeks after i left messages for him to call me back and 3 weeks after i filed a dispute with my cc. He was angry, argumentative, threatening and even had the audacity to tell me i must not be to busy cause my work van ***** moved in the past 3 days... so i filed a police report and im getting a protection order against ***** who is the supposed owner but the public business records come back to a ****. So if hes the owner why is the business not in his name. I have a feeling its because he has done things like this in the past. Do yourself a favor and drive down the street to somewhere else
