This location (#****) engaged in deceit and manipulative business practices after damaging my vehicle. They caused over $800 in damage to my vehicle (plug and oil pan). They admitted fault (only after it was called out by a different Jiffy Lube location) and agreed to cover the damage but told me to wait to have it serviced until my next oil change. Once I followed up after my next oil change, they denied the coverage because it had exceeded the warranty (because I trusted their guidance they gave me to wait). In retrospect, they wanted me to run my vehicle past the mileage their warranty covered before it got serviced, so they wouldnt be liable to pay for the damaged they caused. I can understand mistakes, but greedy manipulation, disrespect, and deceit are not business practices I can look past.

After receiving an oil change from this jiffy lube location, it was time to get another oil change, which I did at a local ****** dealership. A master mechanic said I needed to take my truck back to jiffy lube because they over tightened my drain plug. After further inspection, the jiffy lube manager stated it was completely their fault and I could either choose to have them do the work or ******. I had ****** complete the work which was $750. I spoke with another manager from jiffy lube which he said he could cover $550 of that because thats what it costs them to replace the oil pan. He then called back and said he could only give me $350 because the $550 was with markup. Not feeling comfortable with them doing the work and having already had ****** complete the work, my only option is to take the partial payment, which I have yet to receive. After spending hours driving back and forth, having to pay the $75 service fee for ****** to look at the truck the first time, and being out hours of work time having to wait for all the service as well as leaving me with the assumption they would pay the entire service fee from ******, a small fraction of the replacement fee to fix their mistake is unacceptable. I would like a complete reimbursement of the $750 it took to fix their mistakes.
