      First I want to say that my actual provider is great and would really like to continue to see her. However, I don't know that I will be able to due to the terrible business practices and customer support. My provider wanted me to see one of there MD's to get a second opinion. I had this appointment set for 2-3 weeks for the month on may of this year. At 4pm on the day just prior to the appointment, I received a text message stating that my appointment was being rescheduled with a different MD, one that had done my first procedure. This appointment was for a different date and time as well, which I was unavailable to make. I texted back that that was unacceptable and asked for an explanation. I was given a very brief explanation that they have a policy about continuum of care and I need to see one of the MD's I had already seen. Well, this doesn't align with the "2nd opinion" concept my provider and I were going for. I attempted to call the office to speak to someone but there wait time was past the end of business that day. I tried to call the next day and speak to a supervisor and was transferred to different extensions and nobody ever answered. In total I left 3 voicemails and called a 8 times. I had to make this complaint through my provider at my next appointment. She forwarded it to one of the supervisors and I still received no call back. Finally I messaged her through the porthole and was contacted later that day by the rudest supervisor I have ever spoke to at a business. He did not care and just kept repeating their policy. I then told him that if I was to cancel an appointment at the last minute I would be subject to a $50 cancelation fee. However, they can arbitrarily change my appointment without consulting me and there is no consequence for them. They have a central call and scheduling center at this address. This is America and I have the right to see any provider that I CHOOSE to see. Very poor customer care and business practice.
