      We have been a customer for 20 years and are very happy with the service we receive at our preschool. The technicians who service our alarm system are very knowledgeable, friendly and always mindful of the children we serve when testing the alarm. Any calls are answered promptly.

      Its so important to have such a high quality service like this LOCAL. Close-by for any necessary service, system updates, working with local law enforcement, for easy communication. They look after my home. If I need help they are there instantly. Exceptionally skilled technicians. I have been with this company for many years. We have been through many upgrades to best equipment. This company is part of my quality of life.

      Ive used ADS for over 2 years and I still couldnt be happier with their services. Professional, punctual, friendly and if your alarm is activated they are immediately on top of it. Theyve also reached out to advise of low batteries, etc. Much appreciated!! From their sales rep, their scheduling department and their install team, everyone makes dealing with ADS a delight and stress free transaction. Thank you ADS!

      I have been a customer for many years and would highly recommend their services. I recently had a major problem when I decided to do away with a prior alarm system that was disconnected, but failed to realize that cutting the cord to this old system disabled my telephone service. ADS sent out an amazingly qualified technician that was able to reconnect my service. I would highly recommend their services to all. I would rate them as a "5".

      We have been a customer for many years. When we have needed a service call, the service is prompt and expertly performed. Excellent monitoring. Reasonable prices. We have no plan to look elsewhere for a security company.

      I had a technician, ****, come out and do an evaluation of my commercial premise to ready it for a new tenant. **** was a very knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to talk to. I'll bet he knows more than *********************** know about the topic.Ed

      The technician who came out, ******, is a great guy and a wealth of knowledge, who I trust implicitly. He does what he says hes going to do, and he arrives in a timely fashion.

      Alarm Detection failed to secure and protect me and my family. On 05/15/2022 a person came into my back window while the alarm system was on. That person was able to enter and exit the window. I got a call from a friend that told me someone was in my home. I open the back door to see where that person went. The alarm didn't come on until I opened the back door. Someone from the Alarm company came out on that same day and I explained to them what happen. I haven't heard from them since.
