    Date of original fraud charges 2/18/25 and recharged on 4/28/25 these charges if $5.20 charged to my credit card account 4 consecutive times. Totaling $20.80. I have b3en trying to get this refunded by this national entertainment company for days now. They keep giving me the run a round and the credit card company originally gave me a temporary credit but on 4/28/25 they have now recharged me. And national entertainment is stating they can't find these charges even though I have given them proof from my credit card company of these charges. I want a refund ASAP so that I don't start getting charged interest on these fraudulent charges. I don't who this company is and I've never used their services or repairs. What ever this is for needs to be refunded now

    Saw a claw ***** being advertised for a dollar. Nowhere was there a disclaimer stating card charges be am extra surcharge or 4.20 and that u would be charged 5.20 per swipe if you paid this method. To top it off, I had the plush grabbed as I am fairly good at claw machines, but this one is is rigged by having the ***** shake over excessively once it recoilef. Thus. Making sure the prize always falls. The trick to these machines is you hsve go grab the tag of the plush. This was the only machine that recoild soo fast and hard the claw swings excessive dropping the prize. I had it picked up both times and realized it was a scsm the worst part was the 5.20 charge I had on my card. This is predatory and criminal. If there is an tax paying wifh card it should state a disclaimer that it will be a 5.20 charge not a dollar. I don't believe I should have to pay this charge as i swiped in good faith the machine costed a dollar. Had I gotten five plays then ok but no it was only one. Swiped twice for a total of *****.

    I purchased a 100 game and was charged 5.00 twice!!

    The crane machine is setup with items which the crane is unable to move or pick up. Even when perfectly aligned the crane lands on the toy, completely around the toy and then pulls free of the toy with out even moving the toy. This crane machine has been setup to be a scam that only takes peoples money with out a chance to win a prize

    The company has offered a refund VIA gift card currently pending confirmation that the gift card processes, the leaves my only remaining complaint of the company needed to fix the machine so that it is fair and possible to win.
