      I ordered a brand new top of the line Kitchen Aid Dishwasher from Mountain High Appliances. The installers put it in while I was at work. When I arrived home that evening and opened the door of the dishwasher, I saw a circular area inside at least 6 inches in diameter of rust staining and pitting of the stainless steel. After contacting Mountain High Appliances, they said they would contact their distributor and see about repairing the dishwasher. I told them at that time that I did not want a repaired machine. I have no idea what caused this damage and what other damage is in other places that I cannot see on this appliance. I do not want a repaired dishwasher. I bought a new one that was supposed to be in perfect condition, not a rusted and pitted one that will be repaired. The person I spoke with thought nothing about having it repaired and was quite **** with me. What he should have said was "I am terribly sorry and will get a new one out to you right away!" I went to Mountain High Appliances because I thought I would get exceptional service and an exceptional product. I was terribly mistaken.

I do see that our customer service team has order a replacement unit for you last week and we're just waiting for the new unit to come in.       After a couple of weeks, my dishwasher was replaced and the company did apologize for the inconvenience.

      This people are dishonest. I bought an expensive range from them.. It was exactly the same list price as i found at an on-line supplier. The on-line supplier had the range in stock and had a local installer who they said would deliver and install within two weeks. Mountain High Appliance said it would take 2 months for them to get the range , and once they had it , it would take two weeks to install. Since i prefer to use local companies i went with them. I paid in advance. It did take 2 months to come in ,but then rather than having it installed two weeks later, the wait time for scheduling installation was 3 months . There is no way the salesman did not know that their installation would take much longer than two weeks. I have subsequently replaced other kitchen appliances which i bought on line. Those purchases and installations went smoothly.

      Excellent experience at the ********** facility. I've been having lots of trouble with my new Wolf range, and they've been generous with the time they've taken in troubleshooting. I believe that there is a certified Wolf tech coming on Friday, so maybe we can finally get the issue resolved. I've been riding the emotional roller coaster regarding an $8000 stove with a non-working oven. They've been patient with me, and I've been patient with them. I fully expect the problem to be resolved. I recommend this business.

      Decided to shop locally and ordered a ************************ I was unaware they used 3rd party installers nor do they have any service staff. The *************** was installed on 14 Nov. By 28 Nov the unit stopped cooling and I was getting a high temp warning. Did not last even two weeks. I called in for service, and was told I would get a call from service within 48 hours. Never did so I reached out to ******* directly. Service technician came and told me he could not repair the unit and I should request a replacement. Parts aren't available. Mountain High Appliance did not stand behind the products they sell, told me there was nothing they could do and had to wait to go through the JennAir process (which takes months, the entire time I do not have the operating appliance I paid for.) I want them to take it back and refund me. I get no response from Mountain High. This company is exactly why local businesses are failing. There is NO REASON to do business with them locally, just go with the cheapest online vendor. You will get the same or better service than Mountain High Appliance. Next stop is legal action...
