    My wife and I would like to thank the crew at *******, especially **** and **** for their extremely helpful and honest service. They guided us through the process of working with insurance companies and providing us with insight leading to a positive outcome in spite of a negative auto experience. We would definitely recommend ******* for their professionalism, honesty and quality of workmanship. Thank you again!

    don't do business, Hail Damage my car they charge total 32 k , Insurance comany pay 29 k and my pocket 3k ,My deductible only 1k , my insurance company increase my premium double,

    Mr. ********* we have been over all of the charges multiple times, but it's clear that you simply do not want to hear the facts. As an Audi Certified repair facility, we do have charges and procedures that were not be covered under your policy or contract agreement. It is up to your insurance company to explain these to you and support them with documentation from your policy agreement. We received your written approval to proceed with the process, knowing that your insurance company was not willing to cover all of the charges for the certified repair and that you were going to need to contribute financially; however, it was only at the completion of repair that you wanted a discount. Your were fully informed and kept updated throughout the process but then felt entitled to a discount at the end with no reasoning other than you felt you should receive one. While we understand that it can be frustrating when your policy does not cover everything for a safe and proper repair, we did not purchase your policy nor did we cause your hail damage. Our job is to provide you a safe and proper repair to manufacturer standards and we feel extremely confident that is exactly what you received.

    Ozzies have worked on my car before, done a great job. I called them to get work on my **** Impala from damage done by a windshield installer. The installer was going to pay for the work. I called to get an appt for an estimate. ****** took the call and set up a time and day get an estimate. However, she called a short time later saying she could not get anyone to work on my car. She stated that I complained before and the body folks did not want to work on my car. I shared that this is false and not true. I wanted to talk to her dad, ******, She said that he is not involved any more and she is it. This is very untrue and quite misleading with prejudice. The same folks worked on my brothers ****** and have done a great job. I am very hurt and disappointed with the comments and refusal to do work. It is very sad that I have to go else ware. I guess that I can not recommend ******* any more to my friends and network. I don't want them to experience the same.

    We can understand that it may be frustrating to ***** that we do not have any technicians that are willing to work on his vehicle, but we do retain the right to refuse service. Technicians with the capability to work on a **** Impala are few and far between these days. The one technician that still works on these vehicles explained to me his hesitation regarding working with ***** due to prior professional experience with him and we respect our team in making decisions regarding the work they are comfortable performing. While ***************** be upset about this, it is not a prejudicial denial for services, it is specifically based upon prior experience with the customer. Additional statements regarding the difficulties in working with this specific customer is years prior can be provided if necessary.
