    I was an employee for Napa auto parts in ******** I was a delivery driver delivering car parts to other businesses! The management there doesnt handle situations correctly or find out all the facts about the situation and does not care what anyone has to say they are full of discrimination the manager told me I had 30 seconds to use the bathroom and told me I was lazy and holding up the counter. No one is treated fairly except people who are chosen to get away with things. They pick and chose who they like they have 60 plus year old people working or delivering that have been in more accidents than I have in my lifetime and they also employed a drunk driver that worked for 2 yrs as a delivery driver and clients called saying they smelt alcohol on his breath. They fired me under false pretenses over some he said she said but didnt care about what really happened!! I would never encourage anyone to work for Loveland Napa they are all around discriminative poor management and are set in their ways! I didnt get a warning i have never had a write up or any complaints I was told to go home and get rest when I tried to explain my side the management didnt care about what truly happened and when I came back after taking 2 mental health days because the manager specifically told me to take my time coming back I was fired based of false accusations.
