      When you work with FEP (Fidelity Equity Partners) and with Izzy L*****, you are not merely hiring a service, you are engaging with an associate partner that will embrace your business and bring all his unfiltered experience to the table. Their only goal is for their clie... ops... "associate partners" to strive and succeed, and Izzy does not waste his time making things look "OK"... When he engages, be ready to hear from him all those hard truths no one else will ever bring up, which eventually you will realize were the roadblocks preventing you from succeeding. Izzy is not afraid to coach (I mean, coach for real, making you work hard towards a better version of yourself); he is not afraid to challenge you and your notions, not afraid to say "no" to what you think, and then say "how" and show you how to evolve. Anyone who works with Izzy and applies the given knowledge will have incredible chances to succeed. When Izzy coaches he embraces you as an entrepreneur-to-be and molds you to become everything you wanted plus everything he also is... He gives himself with no remorse. He believes his legacy is his client's success, the reason why most people never leave him and he maintains engagements with hin many different ways. If you ever hear anyone claiming Izzy "failed to raise capital for their business", you can bet on the fact that who failed was the person complaining because either they didn't learn what Izzy was teaching or didn't apply the knowledge correctly. This "capital raising" business is unique and very complex, and to navigate those waters without the tools and experiences Izzy brings to the table is like trying to find a small canoe in the middle of a vast ocean.
