- Upon completion of service we will work with customer to rectify all complaints and concerns. There are certain circumstances that we will need to offer a refund. A refund will only be issued after the service in question can not be handled any other way. Refund will be given after window film is removed from structure of vehicle. Refund will only be given within the first 30 days of job completion. Refund will only be returned the same way payment was made (credit card, debit card check or cash). After 30 days a credit will be offered at Colorado Glass Tinting.
