Wow where to start. The older woman I was greeted by was the most unprofessional person I've ever came in contact with. Started with a rude remark about me being 10 minutes early, when I was told by my employer there was paperwork to fill out. I was trying to be prepared to fill that out, but come to find out they filled out the majority of personal paperwork including signing my name without me there? When it came to my ** test I found it quite questionable that the woman only put on a single glove, that she then took the ** test from me with. To then use her un gloved bare hand to stick the test strip into the cup with. While I was waiting for the result she instantly decided my sample was "synthetic" when I could clearly see the color on the strip indicating a pass. She had clearly showed not only me but her trainee that red indicated an issue and both yellow indicated a pass. My strip was yellow, then she proceeded to practically shove her nose into my sample immediately saying it smelled like bleach. I tried to keep my composure asking if I could retake the test because I knew it was my urine. She then forced me to call my employer office right in front of them and ask if they would be willing to pay for an observation test. How embarrassing, not to mention while I'm sitting there in this process I noticed this woman wasn't wearing shoes! She just has socks on, within a business? Are you serious? Ever heard of no shirt no shoes no service? Apparently this place is making there own rules not following health and safety standards, automatically profiling people for having tattoos and assuming they are faking the test. To then just get more money out of your employer by forcing you to take an observation test. I'm also very baffled that that have the confidence of a 70+ year old woman to still have the capability of smelling, let alone knowing the difference between human urine and so called "synthetic". Ma'am you were the one who smelled like bleach. Put shoes on
